Fees for legal document preparation and legal consulting depends on factors such as the complexity of work involved, the time pressures involved, and the dollar value of the relevant assets.

Legal document preparation services are handled almost exclusively on a flat fee basis, however; the hourly rate charge is also available. During your initial consultation, we can determine which type of fee structure is best suited to your situation and provide estimate for your total legal costs.

Initial consultations via email, telephone, or in-person require an appointment and a non-refundable payment.  Execution of a retainer agreement is not required at this time, while our discussion remains strictly confidential. Should you decide to retain our services, your initial consultation fee will be applied towards the service fee.
